Returns Policy

Our 7-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, clothing must have labels attached and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 7 days unless they are faulty. Postage costs are non refundable.
All orders are attached with a returns form that gives you many options for your return, if your item is faulty please include as much detail as possible and state whether a refund or exchange is desired.

  • Return your unwanted garments through a mailing service of your choice.
  • Upon the receipt of the unwanted goods we will refund you immediately or dispatch your new order the same day free of charge.
  • We will not accept returns on Personalised items.


All orders with Lulah Blu are subject to a delivery charge.
