Returns Policy

Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, clothing must have labels attached and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 7 days unless they are faulty. Postage costs are non refundable.
All orders are attached with a returns form that gives you many options for your return, if your item is faulty please include as much detail as possible and state whether a refund or exchange is desired.

  • Return your unwanted garments through a mailing service of your choice.
  • Upon the receipt of the unwanted goods we will refund you immediately or dispatch your new order the same day free of charge.
  • We will not accept returns on Personalised items.

All orders with Lulah Blu are subject to a delivery charge.
